In every client’s first session we take a half hour to talk about goals. This is the most important part of creating a program that is specific to getting you the results that you want. I use a detailed assessment and evaluation method to ensure that any muscular imbalances, postural issues, or general weaknesses are addressed in your program. I use a wide range of resistance training techniques including free weights, gymnastics movements, and much more to create the program that will get you the results you want and fast, and make sure you have some fun during your workouts.
I know it works because my clients get results! Whether it is doing well in a physique competition, deadlifting 400+ lbs, running 5k non-stop, or simply sitting up off the toilet without using your hands to help you, my program will get you where you want to be.

Everybody should be active. Being athletic and moving around is instinctual to us. As kids we run, jump and climb at every given opportunity, and then for some reason or another at some point along the way most of us stop being active. Your physical health is incredibly important to leading a happy and fulfilling life. Everybody should put consistent effort into making sure that their body is healthy, ready for the challenges of everyday life, and one that you feel comfortable, confident and strong in.
I have always been active and was involved in many competitive sports throughout my childhood, but my extreme passion for health and fitness is something that has only developed in my twenties. Having battled my own weight and health issues having lost over 70lbs on my own, I understand the spike in energy and confidence that comes with living a healthy lifestyle and exercising consistently. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and strategies for success with clients, because I know it works. I am a strong believer that even though everybody has different fitness goals and capabilities, anybody can become happier and more confident by living a healthy lifestyle. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone reach their goals and that is what drives me!
